The restaurant was opened in 2005, the first restaurant in Mangalore to specialise in North Indian Punjabi cuisine and the cuisines served are a manifestation of the central Punjabi philosophy of food for the soul. Rinku Punjabi Dhaba also had its catering business in Delhi for about two decades. Rinku Punjabi Dhaba also had a cafeteria in Mphasis Campus, Mangalore, a full-fledged Punjabi Dhaba – a restaurant in specializing in all Punjabi Foods, Chats, Tikki, Samosa etc. Some years back we made forage in the Bangalore food market and opened up our own restaurant near Global Village IT park, which has been running successfully ever since Later on, we also started our operations in Mangalore where we managed a cafeteria at MphasiS an HP company Campus, Mangalore(2007 to 2015).

We also started one outlet of Chaats i.e. 7 days Chaat in 2013.Overwhelmed with the response, we opened up four more outlets i.e.Rinku Punjabi Kadai , Barbeque and Hangyo and Pepsi and have been running successfully since then.
We boast of an extensive menu and our chefs, headed by a starred-hotel experienced chief chef K.B.Thapa, continually strive to create new recipes and improve traditional recipes. It goes without saying that all our chefs have extensively been trained in North India (Delhi).
This business is run by Mr.Rajesh Arora(who has International experience as he went to England and gained knowledge about the food industry in England) and Mrs.Meena Arora. Recently their son Mr.Anshul joined the business .He has come back from from Dubai and tries to incorporate the knowledge gained from Dubai food industry in his business.Mr.Anshul started a company called Radhika Enterprises and taken the franchisee Of PEPSICO and HANGYO.
